I have successfully integrated Twitter in Google Wave using Tweety. Below is how my tweety-wave looks like. Its actually limited than useful or easing since I can neither view my tweets or messages and there is only a limited view of the latest tweets, possibly ten to fifteen tweets only. Basically it needs further improvement.
